Check Macy's online balance by following the below steps:

1. You can visit the Macy's Balance Checker page from your mobile or PC device.

2. Enter the 15-digit code below the barcode on the gift card.

3. Please enter 3 or 4 CIDs.

4. Click the button "I am not a Robot".

5. You can view your balance by clicking on "View Balance".

To check your balance, you can call 1-800-511-2752 (US only) or visit macys.com/gcbal. The card can only be used for in-store merchandise at Macy's Backstage, Macy's and macys.com. It cannot be exchanged for cash or applied to any credit cards. Macy's has the right not to honor cards purchased from unauthorised sellers including auction websites. You are responsible for the card if you lose or steal it. Cards that are lost or stolen will be replaced only with proofs of purchase, and for only the amount shown in our records. All inquiries require this card, which is issued by Macy's Gift Card, LLC.

2. You can use the Macy's App to scan a gift card, or you can ask an employee to do it for you.
